What do I do with the headless ghost in BG3? ›

The Headless Ghost cannot be interacted with and has nothing to pickpocket. If the party returns to Sarin's skeleton, they can reattach her head. Sarin's ghost will regain its head and bow to the party, rewarding them with Chancer's Carcanet.

When players return to the coffin, they should put Sarin's Skull in it. After that, the ghost of Sarin will bow gratefully and give a Magic Amulet. This item allows characters to use a reaction once per Long Rest to make an Attack Roll or Saving Throw with an Advantage.
