"Creed III" premiered in theaters on March 3, and it's now available to watch online. You can buy or rent the movie from digital retailers like Prime Video and Vudu. Michael B. Jordan directs and stars in the latest spinoff of the "Rocky" film series.

Picking up after the events of "Creed II" (2018), "Creed III" follows Adonis "Donnie" Creed (Michael B. Jordan) as he's reunited with Damian "Dame" Anderson (Jonathan Majors), a childhood friend and one-time boxing prodigy. While also balancing his family life, Donnie must prepare to face off against Dame in a fight that goes much deeper than just boxing.

In addition to stepping behind the camera for "Creed III," Michael B. Jordan reprises his role as Adonis Creed from the first two "Creed" movies. Tessa Thompson returns as Donnie's wife Bianca, along with Phylicia Rashad as Donnie's adoptive mother Mary Anne Creed.

"Creed III" is the ninth movie in the "Rocky" franchise. However, it marks the first installment without Sylvester Stallone as Rocky Balboa, the character he originated in 1976.

How to watch 'Creed III'

"Creed III" is now available to watch at home through streaming retailers like Amazon Prime Video, Vudu, and Apple TV. The movie costs $20 to rent or $25 to buy in up to 4K quality.

Once you purchase "Creed III," you can stream it whenever you want with no restrictions. If you rent the movie, you get 30 days to start watching it and then 48 hours to finish it after you hit play.

In addition to on-demand purchase and rental options, "Creed III" is also expected to become available to stream as part of a Prime Video membership later this year.

Amazon owns MGM, the studio behind "Creed III," which is why Prime Video is the most likely subscription streaming home for the movie. However, previous licensing deals that existed before Amazon's purchase of MGM could see the film end up another platform.
