Built as a new digital service in the My Disney Experience app, Disney Genie service will maximize your park time, so you can have more fun. It includes a personalized itinerary feature that will quickly and seamlessly map out an entire day. From specific attractions, foodie experiences and entertainment, to general interests like Disney princesses, villains, Pixar, Star Wars, thrill rides and more—just tell Disney Genie what you want to do and it will do the planning for you.

Get Itinerary Updates from Morning to Night: Disney Genie will continue to update your itinerary throughout your day, so you can be more spontaneous and go with the flow.

Disney Genie+ Service (Available for Purchase only through Disney Genie): Prices ranging from $15 per day, per ticket at Walt Disney World Resort, choose the next available time to arrive at a variety of attractions and experiences using the Lightning Lane entrance. You can make one selection at a time, throughout the day—from classics like Haunted Mansion to thrill rides like Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and newer favorites like Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run (attractions subject to limited availability). This convenient option is the next evolution of the fan-favorite Disney MaxPass service from Disneyland Resort. Disney Genie+ will also include Disney parks-themed audio experiences and photo features to capture your memories—augmented reality lenses for those visiting Walt Disney World Resort. The option to purchase this additional feature is available from 7am on the day of park visit only through the Disney App.
Individual Attraction Selections (Available for Purchase only through Disney Genie): Schedule a time to arrive at up to 2 highly demanded attractions each day using the Lightning Lane entrance—like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at Magic Kingdom park (subject to limited availability; attractions not included with Disney Genie+). Pricing for this option will vary by date, attraction and park and will be announced closer to launch. The option to purchase this additional feature is available from 7am on the day of park visit only through the Disney App.

Lightning Lane selections will be made on the same day of your visit and can be used across multiple theme parks, great for those who love the Park Hopper option. Attractions continue to offer a traditional standby queue, or a virtual queue at certain attractions like Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance—to maximize flexibility.

Q: Will I receive real tickets or vouchers?

A: Tickets will be issued as an official Disney voucher. These have a unique 12 digit code that you use to link to My Disney Experience. Within My Disney Experience is Magic Mobile. This feature allows you to simply use your phone to scan your tickets at the park entrance. Using this service means no exchange is required at Guest Services. Should you not wish to, or do not have a compatible device, you can still redeem your confirmation at Guest Services for tickets or connect to a Magic Band.

Q: Can I use my Disney 14 Day Magic Ticket to visit more than one DisneyPark in a day?

A:Absolutely! This ticket gives you complete freedom to visit all the Disney parks for the duration of your visit with park hopping included.

Q: Do the Disney 14 Day Magic Tickets include Disney Genie?

A:Yes. All Disney tickets are enabled to use this system. Items that incur additional charges through this service are payable directly through the Disney Genie platform.

Q: Can you use the Disney Transportation System with this ticket?

A: Yes. You can use all of the Disney transport system to move around the resort.

Q: If I have to cancel my holiday, can I return my Disney tickets for a refund?

A:Unfortunately we cannot accept any Disney tickets back for a refund once they have been issued to you. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers the value of attraction tickets.

Q: Does the ticket expire?

A: The 14 Day Magic Ticket is valid for an 18 day window from the start date selected.You can use your Disney Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but the ticket will expire in full at the end of the validity window irrespective of how many times it has been used.

A:Absolutely! This ticket gives you complete freedom to visit bothUniversal Studios Florida™, Universal's Islands of Adventure™, and Volcano Bay for the duration of your visit with park hopping included.

Q: Can I ride on the Hogwarts Express?

A:Yes. The Hogwarts Express runs betweenUniversal Studios Florida™ and Universal's Islands of Adventure™. This ticket gives park to park access and includes this attraction.

Q: Do the Universal Tickets include Express Pass?

A:No. Express Pass is only available directly from Universal. You can purchase this either in advance or at the park. Volcano Bay operates a seperate system available on the day.

Q: Is parking included?

A:No. Parking is not included and is currently charged at $25 per day for cars.

Q: If I have to cancel my holiday, can I return my Universal tickets for a refund?

A:As long as the ticket has not been used. Once this process is complete then we will process a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Q: Can I access CityWalk with this ticket?

A:Yes. Citywalk access is included. There are certain events and attractions that incur an additional charge.

Q: Does the ticket expire?

We also believe as the parks introduce the use of more advanced technology that physical tickets will soon become a thing of the past and we want to take the leap in that direction. Here are some great reasons why this is the right time to make this change:

E Tickets can easily be re-issued or re-printed if lost or misplaced. (Not so the cardboard ones when the dog’s eaten them, or they’ve been through the laundry!)
